Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 14, 2026. These terms apply to every rental from Fontana Portable Toilets Rental.

Quotes and payment

Every rental is quoted in writing with the unit, rental period, delivery and pickup, servicing, any rush or holiday fee, add-ons and sales tax. Event rentals are paid in full when booked. Monthly rentals are charged at the start of each 28-day cycle. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Drivers do not collect cash or checks.

Rental periods

An event rental is one flat period: the unit is delivered before the event and picked up the next business day. A monthly rental bills every 28 days until the unit is picked up. Delivery is charged once on the first invoice.

Renewal and ending a rental

Monthly rentals renew automatically each 28-day cycle. To end a rental, call and request pickup before your next cycle date. Billing stops when the unit is picked up. A unit on site at the start of a new cycle is billed for that cycle.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, or after the truck has been dispatched, may be charged the delivery fee. Same-day orders cancelled after dispatch are charged the delivery and any rush fee.

Delivery, access and placement

You are responsible for a safe, level placement spot the truck and driver can reach, a clear path at least 4 feet wide, and any gate codes. Delivery times are scheduled windows, not guaranteed times. If the unit cannot be reached for service or pickup, a return-trip fee may apply. You are responsible for any permits needed to place a unit in a public right-of-way or at a permitted event.

Servicing

Monthly rentals include one service visit per week. Extra visits can be booked for an added charge. Event units are delivered cleaned and stocked.

Damage, loss and misuse

You are responsible for loss of the unit and for damage beyond normal wear, including fire, vandalism, graffiti, tipping and moving the unit without our help. Do not place trash, chemicals or hazardous materials in the tank. Please do not move a unit yourself; call us.

Pickup

Keep the path to the unit clear and any gate unlocked or the code active on pickup day. You do not need to be present.
