How Porta Potty Rental Works, From Delivery to Pickup
Five steps, start to finish: what to have ready, where the unit goes, what the driver does, how servicing works and how to stop billing.

What do you need before you call?
Before you call, have the delivery address or a map pin, your delivery and pickup dates, your guest or crew count, where the unit should stand, and any gate code or access notes. With those five details, a porta potty quote takes a few minutes and same-day delivery can be routed right away.
Where should the porta potty be placed?
Place the porta potty on level, firm ground within about 25 feet of where the truck can park, with a clear path at least 4 feet wide. Keep it away from sprinkler heads, septic lids, overhead wires and food. On windy Fontana sites, ask for the unit to be staked or strapped.

- Mark the spot with a cone, chalk or a photo texted to dispatch
- Tell us about low wires, narrow gates or steep driveways
- Gated community? Add the driver to the guest list
- Do not move the unit yourself after delivery

Call(601) 236-1718What happens on delivery day?
On delivery day, the driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival. You do not need to be home. The driver moves the unit by dolly, sets it where you marked, checks it is level, and confirms it is stocked. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed, but notes for timing are passed to the driver.
How does servicing work?
Servicing on monthly rentals happens once a week on a set day. The tech pumps the tank, washes the interior, adds fresh deodorizer, restocks paper and sanitizer, and refills any sink. Extra visits can be added before inspections, events or heat waves. Keep the path clear on service day.
How do you end the rental?
To end an event rental, do nothing: pickup is booked for the next business day. To end a monthly rental, call and request pickup a few days before the next 28-day cycle. Keep the path clear and the gate open or the code active. Billing stops when the unit is picked up.
Questions renters ask
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes. You approve an itemized invoice by e-signature before delivery. It works as your rental agreement.
Can the driver place the unit in my backyard?
Yes, if there is a gate about 4 feet wide and a firm path. Tell dispatch before delivery.
What if the driver cannot reach the spot?
The driver will call you and place the unit in the nearest safe, level spot you approve.
